To secure your place, please complete the Booking Form below. Once we receive it, we’ll send you your trip information documents along with our bank details for payment of the 30% non-refundable deposit. Your place on the journey will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Your trip information documents will include a detailed payment schedule for your chosen journey. The final balance is due 90 days before departure.
If you’d prefer to pay in instalments, we’re happy to accommodate this. Simply mention it in the Message field of your Booking Form, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable plan.

Every Serai Women journey is unique and thoughtfully crafted with its own rhythm, experiences and inclusions. Prices vary accordingly, and full details can be found on each individual trip page.

Each Serai journey has a minimum number of guests required for it to depart, which you’ll find noted on the individual trip page. Our groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of 12 women per trip to ensure a more personal, connected experience.
If minimum numbers aren’t reached, we’ll be in touch well before departure to discuss options — whether that means re-quoting the trip with fewer participants or cancelling the journey. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, your tour deposit will be fully refunded.
To confirm your place on a Serai Women adventure, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. This allows us to secure the beautiful accommodations and bespoke experiences included in each itinerary. A further 30% progress payment will follow, based on the payment schedule outlined in your trip information. The final 40% balance is due 90 days before departure.
If you’re booking closer to the trip date:
120–90 days before departure: a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place, with the remaining 50% due 90 days prior.
90–75 days before departure: full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings close 75 days before the tour begins.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or through your Wise account (if you have one). We currently don’t accept credit card payments.
Please refer to our Group Travel Terms and Conditions for full details of our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. It is a condition of travel with Serai Women that all guests hold comprehensive travel insurance.
